AMW 75mm Nozzle washer needed

I just checked my 75mm motor I bought from Wildman in the spring (always a bad idea, not checking immediately) and discovered the nozzle washer was never sent. So I will need to buy or borrow one from someone to get my L Honest John flight in the air, also the liner is WAY tight but I guess I can always spend an hour of my life sanding that down.

Any help would be appreciated.
