Meeting Dates and Time Change

MARS recently changed the membership meeting from Thursday to Saturday. The intent is to increase the membership availability and include as many people as possible. Meetings are a great time to gather as a club socially and show off ongoing winter projects. Members are welcome to join our build session after the meeting, where you can work on that winter project. Winter meetings are a great excuse to get out of the house and enjoy the hobby we all love. Click Here for Printable version Good Evening MaryBeth and I joined MARS officially in 2006 after hanging out at the fading BRS launches. in 2016 MaryBeth at the request of Tom McCarthy and Greg Young joined the MARS BoD becoming its Secretary. Near the end of 2017 I volunteered and was approved by the BoD to fill the officer position of Senior Advisor after the disappearance of Ferenc Gy’Roka. In 2016 MARS was a different club. We are also excited to announce the officers for 2024.The MARS Board of Trustees for 2024 are Todd Smith, serving as Club President; Tom Ha, Vice President; and Dan MacNeal, Treasurer. MARS is accepting nominations for election to serve on the MARS Board of Directors. Any member over the age of 21 who has been a member of MARS over the previous 2 consecutive years can serve on the Board. If you are interested in serving on the Board please send an email to VP@marsclub.org All nominations must be received by November 12 2023.
