Report of Officers:

President:  Marybeth advised the club that Evan Brown has decided to step down from his position as treasurer for the past three years and thanked him for his service. MaryBeth introduced Janice Jurus as the new club Treasurer. MaryBeth told the club that the club would be hosting NYPOWER 23 and cohost NARAM 62 with the Syracuse rocket club. MaryBeth asked for volunteers for NYPOWER flight director this year and no one stepped up.

Vice President: No report at this time

Treasurer:  No Report due to Evan Brown stepping down as treasurer and Janice Jurus stepped up to take over the position.

MaryBeth passed around signup list for people volunteer for committees
The Xmas dinner party will be Dec 5 2020 so mark your calendars now
Membership has changed to $30 across the board and no more $20 low power membership

Equipment: 
We are good on equipment only thing Denise Jurus could think that we may need would be getting some new batteries and maybe a mini rail or a way to mount the rail we have to the existing pads. It was also brought up that possibly putting another PVC tube on top of the trailer for the 1515 rails he will look into the cost and different options.

The Club will be hosting NARAM 62, July 25-31.

MaryBeth asked for people to summit logo ideas for NYPOWER 23 and NARAM.

Membership dues/NYPOWER fee

There is a change this year to the membership fees. The fee will be $30 across the board there is no more low power membership. The reason is that there were very few low power members and most people would go from low power to high power. NYPOWER fee is changing also for members of the club as well and for non-members. For club members it will only cost $15 for NYPOWER. For non-club members they will be required to purchase a membership along with the $15 registration fee for NYPOWER.  We currently have 31 members signed up at this time, if members who currently have paid and have another additional paying member in the family to have them create an account on the web site. That account is how we track the membership and create membership cards and send out emails. MaryBeth said that we need people to come up with a logo for NYPOWER 23.

NARAM

NARAM will be July 25-31 this year. Tom M is looking into food venders for NARAM/NYPOWER the former food vendor is not able to do it again this year. He is close to an agreement with a new vendor but it is coming down to numbers. MaryBeth said that there will be camping on sight for NARAM this year but will be required to become a member of the National Warplane Museum and it will cost $45 dollars. That money will be going to the National Warplane Museum. There will be a BBQ at the hanger Saturday night and there will be a band playing as well. We also need people to come up with a logo for NARAM and to remember that there is normally a patch that goes along with NARAM
